After a hard fought battle, GiPop Acres belongs to Kevin and me. We are so thrilled and fight with ourselves each day to stay and get things done on Edgeley instead of running up to the farm. :-) The Delaware Duffy's, Lewis Center Duffy and the Galloway Caldwell's are excited for our move as well.
I've ordered chickens for the spring...that will be our first venture. I did that the night we signed on the dotted line.
Now to get things finished on Edgeley so we can put that house on the market. It has been a wonderful home and community for us to finish raising the children in but now it's time to move on.

Our big surprise...
Kevin, Jami and I surprised the sibs this past weekend. They thought that "they" were getting together for a surprise camping trip to celebrate Kevin's birthday. What they didn't know is that we are in the process of purchasing a farm an hour north of here. I was standing in front of a welcome to our farm sign that was on the fridge. Jami asks to see if there is beer in the fridge & when I moved away, you can see their surprise. Jenna told me later that she was still thinking it was a surprise to Kev and that "Mom bought a farm without telling Dad." ha ha The video is bad in the ceiling in the beginning because I didn't want them to know I was filming.
